Greetings!
My name is Kyle, and I am the proprietor of Eagle Eye Real Estate Inspections.
If you're researching home inspectors, you've come to the right place. It's sensible to do your homework when making such a large purchase. With that in mind, let me tell you a little bit about my qualifications and expertise...
Since 1997, I have accumulated substantial trade experience. During the late 90s to mid-2000s years, my skillset covered everything from framing custom homes and installing cabinetry to performing finish carpentry and installing concrete forms and slabs. In addition, I was also responsible for training new carpenters on more challenging carpentry techniques in luxury semi-custom homes across California. Following that, I was a foreman for a major multi-state commercial cabinetry firm, managing site installations in both California and Nevada. Furthermore, I was at the helm of educating new installers as well as allocating day labor efforts.
While experiencing the effects of the construction recession, I changed my field and became a Community Service Officer at the Roseville Police Department in Roseville, CA. As a CSO, I performed various investigations and services such as crime scene investigations, traffic collision reports, abatements, theft reports, missing person cases, and welfare checks. Additionally, I volunteered for 'Cops Care Kids Camp', which provided underprivileged young people with positive role models and engaging experiences designed to foster better relationships between teens and the Police department.
I eventually served as an FTO (Field Training Officer) and held my own in the world of training and development. I was entrusted to train Cadets and Volunteers, create and lead group sessions, write proposals and develop standardized training materials that were utilized by my department as well as nearby municipalities.
Additionally, I crafted a graffiti abatement task force and engineered a citation-tracking database that was further engineered into stand-alone software thanks to the City's IT Department. For all of this, I had the pleasure of being recognized with awards from both the Chief of Police and Roseville City Mayor. After several years, I transitioned back into the trades--which included full-time bathroom remodels, part-time remodeling and renovation gigs, cabinet installations, plus rough & finish carpentry along with some landscape design projects.
Though these professions may look dissimilar on the surface, they do share some characteristics; namely, an observant eye for detail and excellent customer service!
This real estate inspection business is my main occupation, enabling me to devote the needed energy and concentration to each of my customers. I take full-time commitment seriously, which sets me apart from others who are merely moonlighting. Let my attention to detail be your assurance that all pertinent aspects have been thoroughly inspected.
My mission is to provide you with a personable and unbiased experience at an affordable price. I'm dedicated to making sure that any complicated issues are communicated in a way that's easy for everyone to comprehend. Above all, I want to ensure that your experience with me is comfortable and straightforward so you feel confident in the decisions you make.
It's stressful buying a home, and the last thing you need is an inspector throwing a wet towel on the process!
Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to being a part of your home-buying adventure!
