Baseline fees increase for single-family residences if over 2000 sq ft and will reflect the total finished sq ft of the structure being inspected. 

**SECONDARY STRUCTURES

Secondary dwellings, rec rooms, pool rooms, garages & shops pricing fees vary depending on sq ft, if adding an additional structure, the online quote & scheduling widget will only generate a baseline level price, and the price may increase if the sq ft exceeds the baseline sq ft. Unfinished shops or garages' baseline sq ft is 600, and finished secondary structures or dwellings' baseline sq ft is 1500.

*** MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

Baseline fees increase for multi-family residences if over 1500 sq ft and will reflect the total finished sq ft of the structure being inspected. Total sq ft includes finished basements or finished basement portions even if they are not listed in MLS total square footage. 

The baseline fee per dwelling is reduced for any dwellings within the same structure that are added to the primary dwelling inspection.

Only the Base, Standard, and Premium Inspection Packages include a 120-day Complete Protection® home warranty. For Multi-Family Inspections, a warranty can be added for an additional fee.
