Please be advised that at present, we do not possess the Missouri DHSS OWTS License required to issue 'property transfer certificates' for septic systems over 10 years old in Stone County. To obtain a property transfer certificate in Stone County, we suggest reaching out to the Stone County Health Department.

1. Secondary dwellings, rec rooms, pool rooms, garages & shops pricing fees vary depending on sq ft, if adding an additional structure, the online quote & scheduling widget will only generate a baseline level price, and the price may increase if the sq ft exceeds the baseline sq ft.

2. If your inspection is more than 60 miles from our business address, the widget above will generate an inaccurate price. If this is the case, please contact us via email and provide all the necessary information to help us determine if your inspection is something we can consider.
